Prof. Yuanchang Zhong

Brief Introduction:
Yuanchang Zhong, Professor. He is a leading professor of the National Electrical and Electronic Technology Teaching Team at Chongqing University, a key researcher at the National "211 Project" key discipline construction base for "Vehicle Measurement, Control, and Remote Sensing Information Transmission," the National "985 Project" technological innovation platform at Chongqing University's "Multi-Objective Measurement, Control, and High-Precision Measurement and Control Research Center," and a core research member of Academician Yang Shizhong's team (Communication and Measurement Control Center) at Chongqing University. He is currently a key expert at the Ministry of Education's National Key Defense Laboratory for "Aircraft Measurement, Control, and Communication," and a backbone expert in the National "Thousand Talents Plan" Professor Song Yongduan's team (Smart Systems and New Energy Technology Research Institute). He serves as a specially appointed reviewer for several journals, including IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Transactions and Magazine, and the Chinese Journal of Computers, as well as a project evaluation expert for the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education. He has led or participated in two projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, two "973 Program" projects, and one "863 Program" project; led or participated in six provincial/ministerial-level Natural Science Foundation projects, two military projects, and led over 20 industry-funded projects. He has applied for and been granted 10 national invention patents and has received six provincial/ministerial-level awards for achievements. He has published over 80 papers in top-tier domestic journals such as the Journal on Communications and the Transactions of China Electrotechnical Society, as well as in international journals (including more than 20 papers indexed by SCI and EI). He has also published two monographs and co-authored three experimental textbooks.
Assoc. Prof. Liu Yang

Brief Introduction:
Liu Yang, Associate Professor. Has been working at the School of Communication and Information Engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) since July 2016. He is a member of the Communication Software Engineering Technology Research Center, which is a municipal-level research center and municipal-level engineering center in Chongqing.He has led projects in the field of communication networks, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project, Chongqing Natural Science Foundation project, and Chongqing Municipal Education Commission science and technology project. He has published over 10 SCI-indexed papers as first author, including top-tier journal papers such as IEEE TII, IEEE TIE, and IEEE Network. He has filed 7 invention patents as the first applicant, with 3 granted. He has authored the book "Python AI Development: From Beginner to Master" as the first author, with a total of over 660,000 words. He has also participated as a core team member in the National Key Research and Development Program of China project "Integrated Comprehensive Management Service System and Application for Green Ecological Cities."
